Cancellation Policy
With cancellations, a 24 hour notice is required to keep your deposit. You get one transferable deposit to chose another date with cancelling in the appropriate time frame. If the cancellation is within the same day as your appointment, you will be billed 50% of the service total, and will need to submit another deposit to rebook.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule. You will be billed for 50% of the service that you were scheduled for and you will need to put down another deposit to get you back on the books. If you no show an appointment, you will be blacklisted for future appointments.
